Head west via Ständehausstraße and pedestrian crossings to the riverside near the Landtag. Use open public paths around the parliament to reach the tower’s base.

History

The telecommunications tower links the city to electronic communication. Its circular upper section and slender shaft stand out from the promenade. Lights on the shaft form the Lichtzeitpegel clock; study them after dark, but the daytime task does not depend on illumination.
